These pictures kindly supplied by the Crowne Plaza at Heathrow show the room with a hoist.. The track can be seen above the bed and also in the bathroom. There are separate tracks in the bedroom and bathroom with a transportable hoist which can be easily moved from one track to the other. Click on any photo below for a larger image.
