This hotel is on the Belgian coast and is just 600m from the beach. It is also close to Ostend and Bruges and not too far from Calais. It caters for a range of disabilities and has several rooms with ceiling hoists going from the bedroom to the roll-in shower room. This is a modern hotel with contemporary furnishings. The rooms with hoists also have the following facilities:
- adjustable high-low bed (with bed rails)
- hoist and ceiling mobility system
- bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower and sink, with handrails
- 24/7 call system for reception
- flat screen TV, free wifi, telephone and safe
- fridge
- hotel service (beds made, towels replaced, room cleaned)

All of their bathrooms are wheelchair friendly. They have extra wide doors, handles, toilet hoists, roll-in showers and accessible sinks. In the high care-needs rooms, there are also complete ceiling lifting systems between bathrooms and bedrooms.
