Our 12 outstanding cottages are set on Brickhouse Farm amongst acres of stunning countryside. The Cottages vary in size, from 2 to 5 bedrooms, and were purpose built in 2013 to provide holiday accommodation for families, friends and carers in the most tranquil surroundings of Hambleton yet only a step away from the razzle dazzle of Blackpool!

• Each beautiful cottage is wheelchair friendly with level access throughout the ground floor & patios.
• Many disability aids available including ceiling track hoists… free of charge.
• Stylish self catering holiday cottages with open plan living areas, bespoke kitchens with granite worktops, solid oak furniture, sumptuous corner settees, modern 40 inch TVs and of course free Wi-Fi.
• Beautiful, co-ordinated bedrooms all with contemporary mosaic en suites.
• 9 Cottages have there own private patio facing our fishing lake with modern rattan furniture.
• 3 Cottages have there own accessible balcony over our fishing lake with modern rattan furniture
• 9 Cottages with the added luxury of a private, illuminated hot tub under the stars….with hoists!
• Private fishing lake, jetty and BBQs for our residents.

Pembroke is an inviting, three-bedroom bungalow situated a short walk into the market square of Cartmel, Cumbria. It has been extensively adapted to be suitable for wheelchair users and has a hoist, wheel-in shower room and level access throughout.

This contemporary property offers a wonderful setting, nestled near the Lake District National Park, whilst a short distance from a hub of attractions, shops and eateries, making it a wonderful base for couples and small groups.

Three bedrooms: 1 king size suitable for wheelchair user with xy hoist and en-suite wet room including wheel-in shower and WC, 1 king size not suitable for wheelchair user (can be twin on request), 1 single not suitable for wheelchair user

• Sleeps 5
• Three bedrooms: 1 king size with en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC, 1 king size (zip/link, can be twin upon request) 1 single bedroom
• Accessible bedroom with X-Y cceiling hoist and roll-in shower
• Separate additional shower room with walk-in shower and WC
• Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood burning stove
• Front door 83 cm, internal doors 73.5 cm, wide corners internally making whole of property suitable for wheelchairs other than two of the bedrooms and a small utility room
• Electric AGA with hotplate, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher
• Smart TV, WiFi & DVD
• Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent

The historic South Lakeland village of Cartmel is renowned as the prettiest village in the Lake District. The Priory Church, one of the finest ecclesiastical buildings in the north of England, remains the heart of the community with its gatehouse forming the entrance to the village. The village features pretty streamside walks, quaint streets littered with antique shops, a charming gift shop, welcoming traditional pubs serving real ale, the nationally acclaimed, Michelin Star awarded L'Enclume restaurant, and the Cartmel Village shop, which sells the famous sticky toffee pudding. Take advantage of excellent walking opportunities amidst beautiful, unspoilt countryside, visit Cartmel Racecourse, Campbell Legend Bluebird Exhibition, Lakeland Motor Museum and Holker Hall with its spectacular gardens, all of which are close by. The quiet seaside retreat of Grange-over-Sands, with its Edwardian buildings and mountain backdrop, is a mere 2 miles away, whilst Windermere, with its panoramic views over England's longest lake, is within a thirty minute drive. A superb holiday destination, at any time of year.
