The Residence 3 bedroom M3 Assisted Living holiday lodge at Gwel an Mor offers the very highest standard in disabled holiday accommodation. With the same painstaking attention to sheer luxury and quality as all the holiday lodges at Gwel an Mor, these luxury lodges have also been designed with the needs of people with disabilities or limited mobility in mind. Guests are encouraged to inform us of any specific needs, so that lodges can be adapted as required if reasonable and practical. It may be useful to inform staff of medical conditions or requirements if you feel it is relevant.
This contemporary holiday lodge is registered as NAS M3 Assisted Living standard. It has wheelchair access throughout the accommodation, from the living space to the accessible bedroom with state of the art ‘H’ hoist system (running through bedroom and accessible wet room), electric fully adjustable bed.
There is also, as further accommodation, a well-appointed double bedroom, a single bedroom and a family bathroom that incorporates a TV into the bath.
The main living space has all the access one might require, with NAS rated kitchen fittings and plenty of contemporary open-plan, spacious design features and a beautiful log burner.
All of our Assisted Living holiday lodges have great facilities, including flat screen TV, Freeview channels and broadband access (WiFi and wired).

** Remember to take your own sling! ** Most accommodation providers do not provide you with a sling for hygiene reasons so remember to take along your own and be comfortable in something you are used to. This is a lovely place to stay. Very clean and all the staff couldn’t be more helpful if there is anything you need. Very good disabled accommodation, good size bedroom, massive wetroom and good size doorways. There is level access to and from the accommodation and over the whole site. Hoist is an H frame which runs from bedroom in to the bathroom which made it incredibly easy to use. We only found one problem, which was the full profile bed was a divan style. The problem was very quickly resolved by the staff. They had some blocks specifically to help raise the bed off the floor, so you could get close enough to the bed for dressing, turning, manual handling, the person requiring it. All in all we had a fantastic time and would 100% recommend Gwel an Mor.
